Prestige Build Co. is a boutique Arizona luxury residential contractor founded by Matthew Juris — a licensed builder and 17-year veteran of the Arizona luxury real estate market. We specialize in fully custom homes built for clients who expect precision, transparency, and personal attention at every stage.

We are deliberately selective about the projects we take on. That's not a limitation — it's a commitment. Every client works directly with Matthew. Every decision gets the same scrutiny. Every home is built as if it's the only one, because in that season, it very nearly is.

Matthew spent 17 years as a licensed REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group — closing more than 120 transactions representing over $70 million in Arizona real estate — before earning his general contractor license and founding Prestige Build Co. That sequence was intentional. He wanted to understand the market deeply before he built for it.

The result is a builder who approaches every project with a question most contractors never ask: What will this home mean to its next owner? From floor plan efficiency to finish selections that age beautifully, every decision is made with both the client's vision and long-term value in mind.
